Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

1. Introduction
Netbinc strives to maintain a safe, respectful, and trusted environment for our users. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward any content and activity that promotes, facilitates, or depicts child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”).
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
We prohibits any activity, content, or behavior that involves CSAE, including but not limited to:
- Any form of child sexual abuse material, including digitally generated, altered, or AI-manipulated content.
- Solicitation, grooming, or predatory behavior targeting minors.
- Exchange of sexually explicit material involving minors through messages, comments, profiles, or other features on the platform.
- Accounts or users engaged in CSAE-related activities, including distribution, solicitation, or facilitation of such content.
3. Reporting and Removal of CSAE
- Users can report CSAE-related concerns directly through our platform by using the “Report” feature.
- We will review the reports and take necessary actions, such as account suspension, content removal, and law enforcement notification.
- We cooperate with law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant organizations, to report and address CSAE incidents.
4. Compliance and Updates
Netbinc complies with all applicable laws and industry standards to prevent and combat CSAE. We periodically review and update our CSAE policy to align with legal requirements and best practices.
